Submission Period
The statutory period for applicants to claim entitlement to the 2026 Wealth Partaking Scheme distribution is three years, from 15 June 2026 to 31 December 2029. The right to request a distribution will expire after this period.
Processing procedures and required documents
If an applicant has already submitted a request for the 2026 Special Allocation from the Budget Surplus to the Non-Mandatory Central Provident Fund for the same reason, they need not repeat the procedures under the Wealth Partaking Scheme.
1 Applicants may complete the procedures by logging in to the “Macao One Account” mobile app/online platform or by visiting the Wealth Partaking Scheme website (https://www.planocp.gov.mo/en/) and selecting the “Request for Distribution” section;
2 If necessary, applicants may submit the required documents in person, through a representative, or by post to “P.O. Box 3094, Macao Post”. The forms are available at the service centres assisting with the Wealth Partaking Scheme or can be downloaded from the Wealth Partaking Scheme website:
2.2 A copy of the Macao SAR Resident Identity Card;
2.3 Copies of the dependent relative’s Macao SAR Resident Identity Card, and of the proof of the dependent relative’s relationship to the applicant;
2.4 If the dependent relative has passed away, a death certificate must be submitted;
2.5 Documentation of bearing the main living expenses (e.g., remittance slips from 2025 showing both the applicant’s and the dependent relative’s full names). If such evidence cannot be provided, the reason must be clearly stated, and two Macao residents aged 18 or above must serve as witnesses, with copies of their Macao SAR Resident Identity Cards submitted;
2.6 Proof of the applicant’s employment:
2.6.1 For employees: submission of an occupational tax return, social insurance contribution records of the place concerned, or a certificate of employment (employment contracts are not accepted). The document must include the applicant’s identity information, period of employment, position held, company name, and address;
2.6.2 For sole proprietors or self employed:
2.6.2.1 For limited companies: submission of the 2025 business licence, proof of operations, and documents establishing shareholder status, such as the annual report or annual return;
2.6.2.2 For sole proprietors/self-employed: submission of the business licence, and proof of operations in 2025, such as a tax return;
2.7 If the dependent relative is attending school, copies of academic transcripts or proof of school attendance covering the period from January to December 2025 must be submitted. If pursuing senior secondary or university outside Macao, copies of academic transcripts or graduation certificates from junior secondary and senior secondary studies in Macao or the Cooperation Zone must also be provided;
2.8 If the dependent relative was hospitalised outside Macao, a hospital certificate confirming hospitalisation must be submitted;
2.9 If the dependent relative resides in the Cooperation Zone, proof of residence there during January to December 2025 must be submitted, such as a proof of residence issued by a Residents’ Committee, proof of school attendance or academic transcript issued by an educational institution, a tax return, social insurance contribution records for employees in the Chinese Mainland, or a certificate of employment.

Notes / Important Information on Application
For distribution requests under the 2026 Wealth Partaking Scheme, applicants must submit supporting documents for the year 2025.
Progress Enquiry and Collection of Results
Progress Enquiry:
1. If submitted via Macao One Account, applicants can check the “My e-Affairs” section;
2. Log in to the Wealth Partaking Scheme website and check the “Enquiry” section;
3. Applicants may also visit, in person, a service centre assisting with the Wealth Partaking Scheme.
Method(s) for Collecting Results:
1. If submitted via Macao One Account, applicants will be notified through Macao One Account;
2. If not submitted via Macao One Account, applicants will receive notification by official letter.
