How to process
Deadline for application
In regard to the Wealth Partaking Scheme, the valid period for applicants to request for entitlement to the distribution of the Wealth Partaking Scheme 2025 is 3 years, i.e. from 18 June 2025 to 31 December 2028. The right to request for distribution expires after the period.

Processing procedures and required documents
1  Applicants can log in to the “Macao One Account” mobile app/online platform or visit the Wealth Partaking Scheme website (https://www.planocp.gov.mo/en/) to make their “Request for distribution”;
2  If necessary, applicants can also submit the following documents in person/by a representative/by post to “Macao P.O. Box No. 3094”. The forms can be collected at the service locations of the Wealth Partaking Scheme or downloaded from the Wealth Partaking Scheme website:
2.1 Statement of Request (RP); (Sample)
2.2  Photocopy of Macao SAR Resident Identity Card;
2.3  Declaration (C/17); (Sample)
2.4  Applicant’s proof of residence, work or academic attendance:
2.4.1  Residence: Proof of residence issued by the civil affairs departments, neighbourhood committees, village committees or residential care facilities in Chinese mainland is required to be submitted. (If the applicant submits the documents at the counter, a photocopy can be submitted and the original is required to be produced for verification; if the request is made by post, the original must be submitted.) The organisation’s letterhead paper must be used for the proof of residence. (The content includes the issuing organisation’s full name, address and phone number, the name and identity card number as appeared on the Macao SAR Resident Identity Card of the applicant, the period of residence and address in Chinese mainland, the seal of the organisation and the date of issue.) (Sample of proof of residence) ; or
2.4.2  Work: Letter of employment issued by a local employer is required to be submitted, indicating the applicant’s identity information, period of employment and position held, name of the company and the applicant’s work location (Sample of letter of employment); or
2.4.3  Academic attendance: Academic transcripts or proof of school attendance from January to December 2024, issued by the institutions or printed from the website in 2025 is required to be submitted (Sample of proof of academic attendance). Such documents must state clearly the name of the institution, name of the applicant as appeared on the Macao SAR Resident Identity Card, student card number, academic years, and name of course/major for tertiary education. The courses are required to be tertiary or non-tertiary education courses accredited by local competent authorities. Student cards or tuition fee bills are not accepted. (For students who have completed their courses between January and December 2024, a photocopy of the graduation certificate must also be submitted.)

* If the applicant passes away during the year when the funds of the Wealth Partaking Scheme are distributed, please refer to the formality for request for distribution made by the relatives or heirs of the deceased, or visit the FAQs page.

Remarks/important notes on application
Applicants are required to submit certification documents for 2024 in order to request for the distribution of the Wealth Partaking Scheme 2025.
 

 


Progress enquiry and collection of result of service
Enquiry about application progress:
1. Applicants that have used “Macao One Account” for application can view the progress in “My e-affairs”
2. Log in to the Wealth Partaking Scheme website and click “Enquiry”
3. Visit the Wealth Partaking Scheme service locations in person 

Methods for collection of result of service:
1. Applicants that have used “Macao One Account” for application will receive notifications in “Macao One Account” (If the request for distribution is not approved, the applicant will be notified by official letter at the same time.);
2. Applicants that have not used “Macao One Account” for application will be notified by official letters.
