3. Distribution of funds with the assistance of the Social Welfare Bureau

If some residents are beneficiaries in need of assistance from the Social Welfare Bureau, the bureau will issue the fund of the Wealth Partaking Scheme to the residents concerned in an appropriate manner as soon as possible.
