How to process
Deadline for application
In regard to the Wealth Partaking Scheme, the valid period for applicants to request for entitlement to the distribution of the Wealth Partaking Scheme 2025 is 3 years, i.e. from 18 June 2025 to 31 December 2028. The right to request for distribution expires after the period.
Processing procedures and required documents
If applicants have also submitted an objection statement for the Special Allocation from Budget Surplus for 2025 of the Non-Mandatory Central Provident Fund System based on the same reasons, they do not have to repeat the formalities for the Wealth Partaking Scheme.
1 Applicants can log in to the “Macao One Account” mobile app/online platform or visit the Wealth Partaking Scheme website (https://www.planocp.gov.mo/en/) to make their “Request for distribution”;
2 If necessary, applicants can also submit the following documents in person/by a representative/by post to “Macao P.O. Box No. 3094”. The forms can be collected at the service locations of the Wealth Partaking Scheme or downloaded from the Wealth Partaking Scheme website:
2.2 Photocopy of Macao SAR Resident Identity Card;
2.3 Declaration (C/5) (Sample) with details about the patient’s living and medical treatment conditions in Chinese mainland, the caregiver’s information and others;
2.4 Certificate of illness in 2024 and hospital certificate of the treatment received issued by a hospital in Chinese mainland. Such documents must state the patient’s name as appeared on the Macao SAR Resident Identity Card of the applicant, the name of illness, the period of illness (Day/Month/Year) and the severity of illness (required to specify whether the illness impairs the physical mobility of the patient or the patient needs to be taken care of by family members) (Sample of certificate of illness);
2.5 Proof of residence issued by the civil affairs departments, neighbourhood committees, village committees or residential care facilities in Chinese mainland. (If the applicant submits the documents at the counter, a photocopy can be submitted and the original is required to be produced for verification; if the request is made by post, the original must be submitted.) The organisation’s letterhead paper must be used for the proof of residence. (The content includes the issuing organisation’s full name, address and phone number, the name and identity card number as appeared on the Macao SAR Resident Identity Card of the applicant, the period of residence and address in Chinese mainland, the seal of the organisation and the date of issue.) (Sample of proof of residence). If the applicant is unable to provide the proof of residence, two Macao SAR residents aged 18 or above are required to be provided as witnesses (The witnesses must sign to testify.), and the photocopy of their Macao SAR Resident Identity Cards must be submitted.

Remarks/important notes on application
Applicants are required to submit certification documents for 2024 in order to request for the distribution of the Wealth Partaking Scheme 2025.

Enquiry about application progress:
1. Applicants that have used “Macao One Account” for application can view the progress in “My e-affairs”
2. Log in to the Wealth Partaking Scheme website and click “Enquiry”
3. Visit the Wealth Partaking Scheme service locations in person
Methods for collection of result of service:
1. Applicants that have used “Macao One Account” for application will receive notifications in “Macao One Account” (If the request for distribution is not approved, the applicant will be notified by official letter at the same time.);
2. Applicants that have not used “Macao One Account” for application will be notified by official letters.
